Spring is here! The warmer weather, budding blooms, and longer hours of daylight seem to instantly put everyone in a better mood—making spring a popular season for celebrations. Each year, new color palettes take center stage as clients start planning their weddings and events, and this spring will definitely not disappoint. From pretty pastels to bold brights, here are spring color palettes to try out this year!
Orange & Dusty Blue
Orange is a color that pops—and you can’t help but smile when you see it. Pairing it with the subtler dusty blue creates a winning color palette for a beach ceremony, rooftop moment, or garden wedding.
Dusty Rose, White, & Green
Dusty Rose is a soft color that still manages to be eye-catching when given center stage. Make it the base color and then add accents of white and green to give your weddings and events an organic and earthy feel. Want to add more elegance to the event? Swap the white for gold.
Green & Yellow
If you want to skip the pastels for spring nuptials, this unique color combination might be just the thing. Green has become a wedding color staple for all seasons, and when paired with a bright and cheery yellow shade, this duo becomes the perfect spring combo.
Navy Blue & Blush
Planning a nautical-themed or period-inspired wedding? If the answer is yes, then navy blue is most likely your top color choice. Partnering it with blush pink or a light purple will give your event a more romantic feel.
Fuchsia & Black
While black might not be synonymous with spring, pairing it with hot pink gives your spring color palette a modern twist. If you don’t want black to be your only neutral, white, ivory, or even champagne is a great addition that won’t take away any of that wow factor.
Sky Blue, Yellow, & Pink
Is there anything cheerier than this trio? The vibrant color scheme manages to celebrate all of the lively colors of the season and will undoubtedly bring some joy to every guest at your event.
Champagne & Peach
Champagne is one of those colors that screams sophistication. Putting it with the soft and feminine peach will look amazing at a daytime affair. Want to add a bit more color to the wedding scheme? Both shades also look beautiful with sage green.
Light Pink & Fuchsia
The Barbiecore aesthetic is totally in right now, so why not make your spring weddings a pretty in pink affair? Combining light and dark shades offers a dramatic—but fun—feel to any spring wedding or event.
Sage Green & Lavender
Sage has become a popular color for couples, which is not surprising given that it works well with a variety of shades. Pairing it with lovely lavender will give your event a sophisticated, yet romantic vibe. Since they are more muted tones, you might want to add in a touch of glamour—especially for a ballroom wedding—with a metallic accent, such as silver or gold.
Viva Magenta & Pastels
Pantone’s 2023 Color of the Year is a vibrant hue that provides a balance with both warm and cool shades. While it works beautifully in any season, we think it will look especially gorgeous in the spring with pastel hues, including baby blue and light pink. Or if you really want your Viva Magenta touches to stand out, use it with a pale gray as your base.
