Looking back on the past few years, it wasn’t too long ago when “the offices of Aisle Planner” really just equaled me — party of one — sitting at my desk, working away. Every morning, after dropping my daughter off at school and seeing the hubby off to work, I’d diligently rush to the office, settle in with a cup of coffee (or two) and channel my energies into making a dent in what seemed to be a never ending list of tasks and daily goals that needed to be accomplished. I’d end office hours early to rush out the door to pick up my daughter from school, only to resume work from home until the wee hours of the morning. I was investing all of my time and energy into what I hoped would someday be something, and more often than not, it was easy to feel that no matter how much time, energy and heart I poured into Aisle Planner, the goals I had set for myself (and my business) seemed forever and a day away.
Fast forward a couple of years and the story has changed. My days are no longer spent alone, rather, they are spent in an office that buzzes with energy. We’re now a team of five, and I’m overwhelmed with the progress we have made as a team. I get to work with four of the most amazing women who inspire me to no end as they pour their hearts into this little project of mine. They are driven, creative, and thoughtful people, and I couldn’t imagine Aisle Planner without.
These days, we work on many things. We work creatively to make things happen. We work fiercely to push Aisle Planner to bigger and better things. But what excites me the most is simply that we are working together. We cannot wait to meet you!
